I gotta say, for the price we paid, the room at that hotel was a steal! The location was spot on, near China Town and with easy parking options nearby. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
Breakfast delights could have used a bit more variety.

Quiet and visually appealing location. Conveniently located between Ladypool Road and New Street with plenty of food shops nearby. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. Easy instructions and quick responses to questions. No need to talk to anyone to obtain the key. Deposit is via bank transfer and given right away once the apartment is inspected. Amenities like towels, sugar, and coffee are provided.

The location of Suavis was fantastic, with easy street parking and China Town just a short walk away. The flat had everything we needed, including wine glasses and a Cork screw, which came in handy. The communication with the staff was excellent, and they were very polite and helpful. The apartment itself was visually appealing and had a nice smell. It was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed. The check-in process was simple, as we didn't need to talk to anyone to obtain the key. The damage deposit was returned quickly via bank transfer. I'll definitely recommend this place for a pleasant stay.
